I grew up on a farm and have done some construction myself and I am hoping to find a place that's a bit run down where I can come in and change the flooring, cabinets, paint, landscape, ect. and get myself some sweat equity.

Right now, they are providing all kinds of incentives like upgrades to flooring, upgrades to your kitchen/master bedroom/landscaping and they are also paying for closing costs and/or interest rate buy-downs. 

(Doesn't take much searching on Airbnb to see them happening though...)With the landscape changing, how are you thinking about the 10, 20, or 30+ year real estate future for the area?

And BTW...I understand that the landscape is changing and I am always adjusting my education...we use transactional funding in states that frown upon double closings.

Meeting even 1 agent, or investor, or lender at the event will give you the confidence you need and will also teach you more about the landscape.

The HOA fees go towards beautiful landscaping, parks, trails, and events.
