I don't think this quote is as high as you think...you are doing a lot more than just interior painting at $2 /sfWalls, ceiling & interior trim paint - $3000Exterior Painting (power washing vinyl, trim & door paint) - $1,000Deck staining - $1,000Kitchen Cabinets - $1,500Skimcoating at Wallcovering/Drywall prep/patching - $500 to $1,000 or so...So by my calculations, that's about $7,000
