Do you think that 6-7k cash flow plus the return when we sell the place in few years is good enough of a deal to bring in a new partner to buy out the other?

I would reach out to get the skinny.Everything I have read is that the ones doing well are 9-10 bedroom places with amazingly themed rooms.

As such, one of the things I enjoy doing is doing deep due diligence on deals and sharing those deals that pass with everyone to make it easier to take that first step.

Her style and financial approach as a PM and broker/investor was a great fit for both of us.

Those homes do not include utilities and are probably one-year rentals.
