In other words, did the appraiser not include any relevant comparables and/or data/facts, that would be better support for the Subject in the market.

What would be the best way to get started in looking into off market deals.

To that end, I would find your local REIA meetups so you can also connect with your local market as well.  

If this part of the article is true, why would a landlord go to a unit because the tenant had called to say they killed someone and showed them a video of a dead person? 

If I moved out today and was renting both units out I would be making 5600/month on rental income.

Be patient. these are mid-term plays, so you must be prepared to go without the cash for several years.

It will definitely be helpful.There are plenty of stuff that other major platform needs improvement on so if you can tackle those, it would be a game changer.
