They don't necessarily spike the ADR but I have seen our occupancy increase drastically while having them.

You will increase the rent and security deposit because of the dog's liability.  

Your luck may be better and you are not assigned to the jokers I dealt with, but it would not be worth the gamble for me.

The other interesting statistic worth looking into is the number of residential rentals for sale in Worcester.
