I am wondering how other landlords are handling stairwell and hallway lighting.

What do you think of the weight I put on each factor and my score system?

Two loads to the dump got rid of the rest.This week we spend a few days shopping for the best deal on flooring, vanities, paint, lights, interior doors, appliances, and miscellaneous supplies for our contractor.  

No matter what, I think I would install another bathroom (1/2 or full), windows, flooring, lighting etc... and/or possibly replace the sold garage door with a glass one.

But then again just need to stay on top of it since we all know tenants will let you know when the red battery light is flashing.

Unrelated - another "bottom" neighborhood is Black Bottom (just south of the light green area) in West Philly.
