Can you look through Angie's List or similar vendor review website and select a Plumber, HVAC, Electrician and Handyman's phone number?

We have multiple vendors ready to ship signs directly to you.

You can ask them to sign a verification letter for financial information, cleverly drawn it has gotten me into bank accounts sitting in a bank reviewing a screen, you may not be able to talk your with a verification of assets....but it can at the utility company, from the septic clean out folks or other major vendors.

Inspector, surveryor, cleaning service, vendors etc (they usually have return customer discount if you use then all the time)

We are trying them out as a vendor in our property management company currently, so I cannot speak for their work first hand quite yet.

You'd be better off sourcing a more local vendor by getting in touch with a security/access-control company as they'll have white-labelled products that are more budget friendly. 

My suspicions tell me removing one of the partners who has construction experience will not diminish the partnership's output and if so, can the partners contribution be replaced by a 3rd party vendor for less?  

If there is a discount to the vendor's service, say like a new foreclosing attorney, instead of paying $3,500 you pay $2,000 because some of the work is done, you can sharpen the numbers out toward the end of finalizing the offer.Then you will need to get an estimate of time to finish the foreclosure.

Other than that, the main thing to have in place is your list of vendors, especially a maintenance / handyperson that could be somewhat on call to come out to look at things if there is an issue.
