The historical negatives could still be 0 if there was no payment history for past 24 or 48 months, whichever range SmartMove uses, but the status of the tradeline should still trigger a negative I would imagine.

@Amber Koontz I spent about a year and a half listening to podcasts and reading books on real estate while I saved up, once I finally had enough to pull the trigger I jumped in before the fear of taking on such a big project paralyzed me.
