We are pretty far from the big town so cooking at the house is important.

We have 4 locations in small towns with no gates.

But should confirm for yourself with town. 

Last week I saw an add out in front of one of the restaurants in town that said, "Now Hiring, Someone who will show up"  Next problem is going to be a shortage of cleaners and service people.  

Although a pain, search for your desired counties' millage tables which should detail each town's exact millage rate.

I've had great summer vacations in Colorado mountain towns (Pagosa Springs, Ridgway, and Salida), and I have a second home in the Arizona mountains.  

The rents they collect during the month of october is insane and using it as a reason to get out of town and do something fun with the family, I thought, was a great idea. 

You can also contact real estate agents who list a lot of rentals in those towns & ask their opinion.
