I wouldn't mind having my own license at all, but I am currently swamped in a busy career and am squeezing my real-estate search into my non-existent free time.

I have a good paying job and my parents keep bugging me about going off to get my masters and stepping up the career ladder as opposed to dealing with the "headache" of managing flips and landlording.

I put it to the side though as I was focusing on my career as a web developer.Now I really want to start doing Real Estate Investment.

It's a much larger look at a real estate career starting outnto bcoming a bigntime developer.

Being as a real estate investor does not mean you have to trade your current job/career for a low wage, manual labor job where you are on-call 24/7 365 days a year.Throughout history the biggest profits are in owning the means of production, not in being part of the production machinery.

My goal is to wholesale a few props so I can get out of debt and then concentrate on pursuing a music career w/ wholesaling as a hobby.

I hope to make the career change a reality by the end of the year.
