Their main argument is that Legal Zoom provides little to no customer support and that their fees are high.

I am sure that everyone in the office was supportive of this pattern.

I have a lot of property management experience myself so I plan on managing my own properties, however, the goal is to build a team of awesome individuals who can support and elevate me to not have to manage all the properties once the portfolio grows; work on my business not in my business.

While we are not able to support full-time employees yet...we ARE looking to grow/train some part-time acquisitions/dispositions specialist.

And I would like to learn as much as I can.I'm open to all forms of advice, criticisms, and/or support (especially in terms of Creative Financing, Rehab, & Property Management). 

But I want to hear from experienced real estate investors like you, if 10K is reasonable price for getting all support for 6 months.
