Like Karl stated earlier the way you run a STR and LTR differ but there are really great softwares and people boots on ground you can team up with to make it succesful! 

Does anyone have a recommendation on the best software that an STR cleaner could use to scale their business?

. - I am doing some diligence on the product and need.If anyone has heard of it or used it please lmk or if you have an opinion on the value of a solution that provides a wifi hardware and software for STR owners and management companies so they can collect data and market directly and improve the wifi experience for guests.

Unlike the emotions of a person I think submitting offers consistently like maybe every 2 weeks is a good tactic to use as they may just want it off their books.

Other software has rent collection and tenant screening features but focuses more on income and expense tracking and report generation (so is more useful when it comes to bookkeeping and filing taxes).

Or a project management software you are using.   

Hospitable and Pricelabs software has made the largest impact.

I imagine there is software that would make this easier, but it wasn't in our current accounting program.

I like Cozy for collecting rent, but at least for now, I don't call it a property management software.
