@Andy Wong to answer your question about what are you using for retirement, I'd say: pension, IRA, Roth, rentals, fixed income, cash.You are posting in a RE site so I don't think many on here will agree annuities are a great investment.I do understand that the young will not have much chance of getting a pension like I did, and I do understand that annuities act like a pension, but believe there are smarter ways to capture income streams than insurance products IMO.
