To my knowledge, I think people can only go after assets owned by the LLC as a business entity, not personal.

I think the platform has a responsibility to provide qualified knowledgeable and tested financial advice. 

Also think of it this way how many business stay in business for 10 20 30 40 years..?

Anything is possible with a bit of research and knowledge!

also, get clear on your expectations with your agents, find out exactly what they're doing weekly and what they want you to do weekly, and stay in touch every week. check in every monday.

Stay polite and nice.

For example, I used AirDNA for a property and came up with $54,200 annual income, Pricelabs says $24,600, and my estimate based on the property my in laws stay at is $32,000.The income is the hardest for me to estimate, even using enemy method. 

Not implying your agent is taking advantage of your beginner knowledge just to offload a property and get dual agency commissions, but again, might not be the worst idea in the world to have someone in the Bigger Pockets community who's local/understands the Charlotte market to take a look at the deal you're getting ready to move forward on.As far as inspectors, I would recommend one that we use for our business that is in the Charlotte/surrounding areas.Precision Inspection Services - Steven Lee - 704-575-2917
