I'm a single mom with 3 kids with goals of becoming financially independent through real estate.

However, talking to the typical person in my current circle about financial independence or property investing in general doesn't seem to click well. 

Families with children looking to go into town for the museums and Independence hall may be willing to stay at AirBnbs right outside of the city in Delco/Montco.

Buyer is to do their own independent inspections and due diligence.

They have a few independents that all book through them.   

@Andrew Z.Make sure you run your own numbers, vet your own independent inspectors and contractors.You’re going to pay top dollar for turnkey but you’ll save on time.

Because DSM has everything from small group homes for 3-5 residents in SFH's, all the way to apartment building sized facilities.And would this have all stages (independent living to end of life) or just some specific type of assisted living?
