i was told by a mortgage specialist that's relatively easy to obtain a commercial loan in Philly. she was even willing to do it on a brand new company (llc), as long as its registered and operates in PA. the company will have to put down 25-30% and could expect an interest rate around 5%.i was wondering is it really so simple to do and if there's a limit to it?
