What I realized though was when I take on the responsibility of solving problems for my team I am taking time and energy from my bigger value tasks.

LBJ like to communicate verbally and he didn't tell the staff/ they didn't figure that out so they'd send up their nicely typed one page documents, LBJ wouldn't read them, they'd walk in expecting a decision assuming LBJ knew what they had wrote, and when he had no clue, because the memos had piled up unread, things ground to a halt.

I wonder if splitting properties into multiple LLCs would solve this?
