I know for my company personally we need a min of 20% skin in the game but that is also because we do not need income docs and our debt coverage requirements are low (1.0-1.10 for multifamily) so that may have something to do with it.

Additionally now one of the other tenants is complaining about a skin condition that she believes is developing from the cat (showed us a picture of a rash appearing on her face)I guess my question is, do we have any course of action here in terms of removing the pet.
