Rehab Permits Jersey City Process
24 July 2020 | 0 replies
Hello All,Working on finding properties in the Jersey City (JC) area to buy, renovate and then rent out.I live in JC but most of my construction contacts are working and licensed in NYC.I would like to pull my own permit and bring my individual trades in to work under my permit using their own insurance.Obviously electrical, plumbing and other specialist trades would have to pull their own permits with the city of JC if I require specialist trades. It would be mainly cosmetic work that I am taking on.Can I pull my own permit on a property I own in JC?
