Just write them off as a tech expense and move on :) Your Accountant should be able to assist here with any edge cases or ones your worried about. 

You can essentially buy a new home every year or so using the same 5% down and even move your roommates with you.

You can always move somewhere else again later on.

Is it always in the same location, or do they move it around the country like the BP convention?

If the first tenant that meets our criteria is not a voucher holder, we would move forward with them.
