Don't worry, yes, I had them sign a lease, a mold addendum, rules & regulations, and an addendum for drug-free housing.Complication #2- They moved out with prior notice (which is required, 30 days in advance of the 1st of the month), leaving behind TONS of possessions, and moved into a shelter.Complication #3- I was never given notice.

But when it comes to helping me out with a non-paying tenant, then they've got a million and one excuses why that has to be done with a sherriff's office and its not under their jurisdiction, and on and on and on.How does it make any sense that a village gets to regulate the landlord rules in the town but the evictions have to be at the county level?
