Hello, I was looking to see if anyone has recommendations for direct mail providers?

I would recommend highlighting a specific area and then getting in touch with the local REI group.

We host a lot of families with kids using the pool and that is a huge turn off.I would do what others are recommending and make a movable object to obscure the camera.

There are many many places to start-- and I'm sure you'll get a thousand recommendations from various people.

I am in the Cleveland area so any recommendations of good areas are welcome.

But I'm not entirely sure the best way to find good deals on single family homes at that price point.Or is there something else you would recommend entirely?

As a brand new agent, what would you recommend I focus on, especially when it comes to lead gen.

I only recommend selling when you can invest in something else that produces a greater return or move closer to your goals.

It is always recommended to use the LLC but in cases where you don't often check your mail then I would use my home address.
