Realtors hold the hands of a dozen or two people a year getting mortgages, they've seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and don't want you to be one of the latter two.Realtors tend to look at 1) communication, 2) reliability, 3) speed, and 4) rate/fees when looking at loan officers.

Will definitely get a bit more up to speed on the key things to help successfully execute on my intended strategy.

But life is tricky and can throw you just the right curveball when you can least afford to have it happen.You're also looking into a strategy where you will be 100% leveraged on a retail property at what could be the peak of the market. 

So many investors, agents and property managers that are happy to help, give free advice and get people up to speed.

It is the reality of the market.We have a duplex in San Diego that is STR that each unit is ~550' that rents for over $450/night per unit ($900 total) on peak nights (they average ~$250/night each). 

One of my other tenants likes to play Xbox in his room so I offered to upgrade the WiFi speed if he needs.
