I felt like either the value isn't there or they didn't market the value well enough.When you look at the daily agenda breakdown- it reads like a bunch of in-person blog posts/vlog posts/podcasts.

I’ve been scanning the mls sites daily and talking to everyone in my center of influence about houses in a kind of discreet fashion.

Paying a week late is far different than a month late.I would also consider a daily charge for late fee.

My best advice is you take action daily.

I have someone check on vacant properties daily.

If they aren't out Nov 7th, buyer will be owed a daily rate until they give you possession. 

My daily tasks were much more involved with customer communication and internal coordination (which I thought was more exiting than working behind a computer all day).

If you go larger you can afford a more full time property management staff which should reduce your time on a daily basis.
