As far a “daisy-chain” haven’t heard this term since 09/10 of the Bulk REO/Note era when folks were trying to shop packages around that has been sold (my product included) if you have more that 3 people involve it might not be a good enough deal.

They don’t charge much for a flip package. 

I include an entire package.

Then once you have a few units 6-8 don’t be afraid to get bigger. 5-10 units are much easier to buy if you have a good lender you like to work with that will give you a good financing package for a commercial loan because they don’t rely on your income anymore.

it's a great combination package to have both on the buy and sell side.  

Your asking for "loan servicing software".There are low-end packages that might do you until you get 10-15 or really good spreadsheets.

Depends what you are marketing for...Most of the time IF they are owned by independent companies they were bought as part of a package deal (meaning there may be more out there - search the company name) and either they are holding them till it is time to fix and flip OR they do not have the funds to rehab them.

He's a solid person, with a good track record on turning around property, and is putting together an appropriate package on each property he is going to seriously consider.
