What I like about Evernest is that they're in multiple markets around the country and their management fees are tiered and incredibly reasonable.

As for the financing, I may not be the best person to ask as I bought them cash or lived in all of them moved in, fixed them and then converted to Vacation Rentals. .Someone just the other day was telling me they got an sba loan since it was their business and got 100% financing- I thought that was pretty interesting but....... it was zoned commercial 4 of my rentals are zoned commercial and I am not sure I would do it any other way across the country given the Vacation Rentals get a heavy criticism from neighborhoods.

The state codes currently have some differences, but there is work on legislation that would unify the code across the country.

They are being relocated internationally (back to their home country) for a short term assignment between 7-12 months. 

I think the only way to protect is to bring it to the sun light of what these guys do.I mean by now I would think 99% of the public that can get on a computer realizes that there are no Nigeran princes that need our help getting 50 million out of the country right ???
