After renovating one of the units I learned through advertising the newly renovated apartment that many clients really liked the onsite laundry machines.

Since the property is newly renovated, it could be easy money for a realtor since maintenance should be low.

It also costs $5K-$20K to launch each unit and typically takes 6-12 months to make back the start-up costs for a unit.

(NOTE: This appears to be a newly rehabbed property, so upfront CapEx would at least probably be minimal.)Other metrics such as Rent/Price Ratio, DSCR, GRM appear to at least be in the ballpark of recommended rules of thumb.

I'm curious as to how this economic crash is affecting local real estate markets, and the impact it will have on newly licsened agents finding clients.

Seems like a nice mix of newly renovated and older, single family homes.

I know because I just did it in a newly acquired rental.LVP and EVP are relatively new products so I'm not sure how you've had bad experiences with them already.
