I could only get 1 DSCR lender to do 1 of my SF properties due to the low ARV, the fees and interest rate are absolutely not worth it.Are you bundling properties together when refinancing?

I wouldn't go crazy with an accounting software but instead use excel.The other items likely paid for you outside of the PM company are mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, travel to the property, etc.Best of luck.

If we were to buy something in Lake Nona, it would obviously not cash flow as we would have her move in and essentially just help a bit with the mortgage, but how is appreciation looking in that market?
