I have my real estate license here, and was looking at MLS this morning when I saw a condo that is down to the studs they want $60k under what RPR values the condo at.

Yes, there's a meeting with city council this Monday morning at the Coleman Young Building in Downtown Detroit, might be a decisive meeting to decide if they pass the restrictions.

I have been reading a ton throughout the forum and also started to listen to the podcasts (6 episodes so far), so i have become extremely anxious in the last week. 

I'm going to call the lawyer in the morning, but Buyer is ready to meet and give us the down ,and we are ready to lock the deal up.  

I'm anxious to dive into this game but with a family that doesn't yet see the big picture and 2 small kids, it's going to be a bumpy start with time commitment.I'm convinced on the mentor/knowledgeable partner to start off on the right foot.

I have the walkthrough and inspection tomorrow morning, so i look forward to getting the results and seeing what’s next.

People don’t just wake up one morning and become experts.

Furniture will be broken (Destroyed), keys will be lost, codes will be forgotten at the wee hours of the morning, reviews will be left that are totally subjective and barely relate to the actual experience of staying in the house....the list goes on.
