I would stick with one of the big name Banks as they will have many of the modern features such as mobile check scanning, credit card processing and etc.

I really wanted Stessa to work, but the platform they use to link bank accounts did not work with my main business bank.

I haven't looked at how to deposit those - I don't like mobile deposits.There are many free resources to use before you start paying for services.
