There is very minimal landscaping and most of it is succulents or dirt covered areas with dry bark.

Generally, I wouldn't care as I would think there would be minimal damage as it relates to this install and would never had questioned if they simply installed the cameras without asking to begin with.

Seems like it just waste people's time or am I looking at this the wrong way

The target property almost definitely has to be a value add minimally distressed property that can be refinanced after repairs, or a straight up fix and flip.

he worked 2 and half days, they were more than 2 or 3...how much I should pay.It's almost going to be a month, always makes some excuse, should I drag him in court for wasting my time and giving me hard time.

Some of them still pay for cleaning and repairs but it's usually pretty minimal and they get the majority of their deposit back.The ones that burn me are the ones with only a month of rent.

The cap ex costs in the unit is very minimal and the repairs you do would be mainly cosmetic so what's great for someone starting out.

I know of a bank that, in spite of the above, somehow interprets it such that they will not let ANYONE use a 401k loan, no matter what, even though that guideline is crystal clear (to me, at least) that you can (solution: I simply don't broker the loan to that bank if that's the scenario we are working with, and I'm not even going to waste time with them if we're doing something along the lines of what is being discussed in this thread). 

Again don’t waste another day you’re going to take a hit but that’s part of this business next time you’ll know better than to keep cutting slack and trying to help out.
