Generally, I wouldn't care as I would think there would be minimal damage as it relates to this install and would never had questioned if they simply installed the cameras without asking to begin with.

Some of them still pay for cleaning and repairs but it's usually pretty minimal and they get the majority of their deposit back.The ones that burn me are the ones with only a month of rent.

The cap ex costs in the unit is very minimal and the repairs you do would be mainly cosmetic so what's great for someone starting out.

I know of a bank that, in spite of the above, somehow interprets it such that they will not let ANYONE use a 401k loan, no matter what, even though that guideline is crystal clear (to me, at least) that you can (solution: I simply don't broker the loan to that bank if that's the scenario we are working with, and I'm not even going to waste time with them if we're doing something along the lines of what is being discussed in this thread).
