You always want the city on your side (or as close to it as possible) to foreclose future issue and that starts with finding out the how on your own before bringing an expeditor to smooth the process.

It is a natural cycle in which these communities are developed as cities grow.The problem is that Manufactured Home Communities are being closed without alternatives.

Because at the end of the day, YOU give it the grade, not others because it is a bit subjective.Example, Hollywood, CA: there are A communities and D communities very close to each other.

I'm one week from closing and have even less certainty than before it all began .   

Most properties you will encounter have a mortgage that will be paid off on the closing date.

That $100k house was $10k plus closing.  

Essentially, we are hoping to make their gross our net (or pretty close to it).
