It also has not lost much in value in 2010-2012.In summary I feel very blessed that my life has brought me to Milwaukee.

Many things go into determining value such as location, condition, quality, schools, modern (open floor plans), size of lot, etc. 

They said everything was ok except a valve needed replacement (concession made).July: Waiting for plumber report since lender required documentation.Late July: Now PM/ seller is saying they found a 'large water leak' and will be fixing it.At this point, I am feeling less confident that the home will be in decent condition.

@David Clinton III Hey,We always make it a condition of the buyers contract with us that they must be enrolled in credit repair. 

Yes its scary but there is a snowball effect that starts that'll have you setup for life.

In age where single people making decent incomes get KILLED in taxes while trying to make a life for yourself.

Seller will not pay for clean-out and house will not be left in "broom clean condition".
