Hi, looking for vendors recommendation to install a basement drain tile and sum pump system for one of my rental.

We took out a $50K personal loan (not a HELOC) to remodel both bathrooms, replace kitchen tile floors, install new breaker box/electrical, install a new french drain, and replace some older copper pipes with PEX.

I paid for pex repipe once and did tile flooring when they renewed the lease last year.
