Most seem thoroughly convinced that the bank is going to come to their rescue and strike a deal.I understand the denial that’s going on, but how likely is it that a bank will still do a loan mod if a judgement is filed?

There was a flooding issue in one of the rooms during a 100 year rain that they spent $15k to mitigate in 2022.

Even brand new homes when you figure out later that the yard wasn't graded properly and you get water in the house every time you get a strong rain storm.
