I've been working 70-80 hrs a week doin construction at a refinery for the past year or so and its finally over I discovered bp last yr also and I've been wanting to get on and introduce my self so here I am my name is Cory Schmidt and I'm ready to start investing and network as much as possible and make friends along the way so if there is anything that any of u have for advice or recommendations "I'm all ears" my game plan is to get educated using this site and read read read then read so more and maybe do a deal or two on the way I'm really intrested in rentals out of multifamily homes and would like to start that way and maybe do a flip or two but my ultimate goal is to build new homes because thast what I went to school for also I've been in construction since I was twelve I'm now 27 so 15 yrs roughly like I said eailer I'm open and eager to listen thanks for ur time.P.S.
