Do I bite the bullet and try to make it look modern, comprising custom, vintage, one of a kind quality to appeal more to end users,  or truly play up the custom elements by adding in more period design elements such as stained glass, hammered bronze sinks to kitchen & vanities etc.

The team is already in place, the system is working well without any interaction from us, so it's hard to imagine why we wouldn't simply keep doing what we're doing and allow the income to grow.Our number is probably pretty similar to yours in terms of long term passive income goals, we just decided to run away now and enjoy the freedom while we wait on that number to come.

When I used to design all the education in my REIC group, years back, I would design "interactives" which forced the students to actually execute what they would learn...I still do that today.
