The inspector said there was likely some structural work that needs to be done in both as the floors are very uneven.

Most people I work with live in primary markets (as opposed to Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets) where the Rent-to-Value Ratios are under 1%.

Ask for her report and then maybe get another inspector or third party involved if she really needs more proof.

@Stephen Kleyn ok first i had been an installer in Indianapolis for my company for 5 years and had a solid 5 star rating on all my platforms before I took a job selling for someone else a little while back.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

Hi All,  I am in the process of getting my first SFH under contract in Lancaster, TX , could anyone recommend a good inspector in the area ?

Things the inspector is looking for are locking file cabinets, paper shredders, password protected computers etc. 

Got the offer we were waiting for, however their inspector wrote a book on problems with unit (he wanted to have us change structural items that the builder had built into the unit).
