You'd have to do a little hunting, you may face a little bit of rejection, and it may not be the case that you get paid initially but the education would be tremendous and you might be able to show enough worth to where you eventually do get paid and all the while you'll be learning from experience in the real world.Just a thought, I'm not sure it would work.

Could be a good time to hunt for "creative financing" deals though?

Last year after refinancing this duplex I set out on a hunt to find a 4 unit in order to use the FHA loan again.
