Things have moved 100% virtual now but hopefully we'll be back to in-person events soon. 

The Madison REIA meets a couple times a month usually and has been doing virtual meetings during the pandemic.

Remember, this is in a state where tenant has to be behind a total of six months' rent before you can begin an eviction, and that process would take at least another 3 months, could easily be strung out to six months.In small claims (which was heard by a housing court judge), the judge tried to throw it out, because even though the tenant attended the hearing (all virtually), she claimed she hadn't been notified properly. 

REIGN has a virtual meeting on the 3rd Wednesday 6:30-8-00pm.

None are meeting in person right now but a number of them are having virtual meetings.

I'm a huge proponent of using Virtual Assistants, building your team, and having systems and processes in place for exactly this reason!

I've read that a virtual office and business phone are essential later when applying for business credit because banks want to see an address other than my home office.

Knocking on doors, sending out 1000s of postcards every week, 3 or 4 virtual assistants, CRM system in place for your 4 or 5 in person employees.
