@Stephen Daniels I would recommend calling a REI attorney most will have a some fee for the appointment but a good one is worth their weight in gold.

Use the wider down spouts so the water flows faster and to keep from clogging.

Knowing you, I assume you're being facetious, and I agree :)  Asking a question and then answering it yourself, using mostly anecdotal statements that don't really have any weight of statistical evidence behind them, would make me suspicious as well.

As long as you've tamed the debt beast and are using that beast to plow your fields faster, never pay off that loan. 

If you play in the riskier investments, and they pay off, you grow your wealth much faster.  

Definitely will Consider all of these items on future deals l, but have to move faster . 

I can't recall the IRS guidance, but I believe those only have a useful lifespan of 15 years, so you could depreciate that faster than the overall structure.

@Cole Jackson sad to say man but asset based lending across the country is drying up faster than sand at the beach.

(some of which I've since sold).The temptation to grow the portfolio is strong, and in many ways that's a good move to make to grow the wealth far more and faster at that.
