The Question: Does the 1st appraisal have to "expire" on a specific property after a specified number of months before a 2nd appraisal can be recorded for that same property? 

It is in a 1955 building and is leasehold which expires in 2034.

The lease expires end of April 2022.

I live in one unit and the other unit was already occupied, with that tenants lease expiring June 2022.

If it's not on your end, then the lender is dragging their feet waiting for the lock to expire so they can reprice.

I actually do have a 3.5% lock on this property that expires Friday unless I pay for extend.

Austin actually had or has an eviction moratorium in place (surely it's expired by now?)

You guys need to WAIT IT OUT hopefully they will leave when their lease expires.
