You could be looking at major abatement (asbestos, lead, environmental) issues before you start not to mention the structure could be unsound or you could have other major structural issues with changing use including hvac, electric, plumbing, roof, windows and a minor point but how waste is collected.Also, you have to look at sales time for the condos, are new condos in demand in the area?
