I don't do any assigning of contracts or double closes etc....We do use a lot of the I BUY HOUSES marketing.Every lead we look into buying the house or converting it into a listing.It is a pretty effective way to market.

After all that effects the bottom line and we are in this to make the most profit.

If you are purchasing one-off, my advice is to be extremely selective.

You have the option of selecting a city inspector or private inspector (who is a regular home inspector on RRIO's approved list- we went this route), and he inspected the units the city requested, plus the exterior, roof, common areas...
