First educate yourself here on BP, network, get your real estate license, get a part time job in real estate, learn all you can.

Start with someone who you’re comfortable with and will work with you and educate you - not just for this deal but to grow with you as you build your empire.

Would it be smart to train him and have him educate his self on the subject?

I want to be sure to address the right points in the video and also know what to research on a daily basis to be educated on what's happening in my area.

If you're going to manage for others, I highly recommend you read up on the laws and educate yourself on best practices.You should have a written management agreement between you and the client (Landlord).

At this point i am seeking education on the topic, wanting to hear the good bad and ugly that comes along with it knowing it is a fairly new program.
