Having everything in your name is dangerous because that means everything you own is in a single "pot," so if there is a lawsuit that you lose and a judgment issued they can walk into a bank and pick through your assets.

There isn't a possibility of danger nor risk of unsanitary conditions because some of the shelves in the cabinets are not flat or level.To me, the shelves are there for convenience and not requirement, nor do they pose a safety hazard in their current state.

I am a newbie and not a lawyer but if you after the fact/closing transfer the property into an LLC isn't there the potential danger to trigger a "due on sale clause".
