When I was tweaking my BP profile, I noticed that there were occupation labels for Architect, Contractor, and other real-estate-related design/construction professionals, but there was not one for Engineer.I submitted a request via the Contact Us link to add an Engineer label.

There's usually a chart that breaks down the different types of district designations and the permitted uses associated with them, or at minimum a lengthy description.If there isn't a distinction between residential districts, you can probably just call the city to find out.If there is a distinction and your property isn't zoned for multi-family, you'll need to get the property re-zoned.

Between the front and the back there was a half door with a flat 'counter' area on top of the lower half - like a 2 by 6 laid flat.I was leaning on that half door counter and asking about some design they were doing for me - and laughing and talking in general.
