Call your local modeling agency in your area,, ask what is needed to be included in their "talent for children" listings they'll want to know his details, and you'll need to submit a head shot with along with his clothing sizes, shoe sizes, and you'll need to be available when they call for a "go see" where he's sent for a brief consult if selected from a mini group of others where they decide if he's a good match.Smiles, not to shy, able to turn, move, and follow direction is a big plus. there's been a bigger calling for other than the blue eyed blonde stereotype..

I know this is active investing so obviously everyone is leveraging expertise and connections too; still, just trying to wrap my head around the ballpark numbers in this space.Edit: Here's a third way to ask: In one of the above categories, what's the ROI you're likely to see if a given deal ends up being 1) an average deal, 2) a home run, or 3) goes way south...and what proportion of each do you tend to get in that category?

I cant locate a breakdown I did but off the top of my head a $100,000 value was only like $180 per year increase.The property taxes have gone without increases for so long and the increase although sounds scary still keeps taxes at a way lower level than many other major cities and surrounding Chicago suburbs.
