A property manager. a construction co. a RE broker. a bank or mortgage broker. a law, accounting or insurance firm, an appraiser, surveyor or building inspector. a service provider (janitorial svc, maintenance, electrician, plumbing, foundations, septics, landscaping, remodeling, painting...)

We study demographics and market conditions before we consider purchasing a property. 

My guy is landscaping company by weekday and independent contractor weeknights and weekends.

However, people look at a lot of aspects like location, floor plan, price, condition, neighbors, commute, landscaping, smells, etcWhat I've done is an "open" and placed recorders around the place to capture the conversations people make so I can identify some of their comments good and bad.

The exterior of the home still needs Low maintenance landscaping installed as well as partial fencing.

When evaluating  markets, the primary things that I look for are:Economic and demographic trendsDiverse and modern employment baseLow property taxes and homeowners insuranceFavorable local and state landlord/tenant statutesStrong rent/price ratiosPersonally, I like Kansas City and Indianapolis. 

I'm curious what insurance, landscaping maintenance and other normal costs should cost? 

Do the simple stuff your self - hang fixtures, landscape, hang blinds, replace door hardware, etc.
