Just like everyone said the supply is increasing and demand decreasing and it’s slower months right now so we have to be more price sensitive than we used to.Also look up Austin Furnished Apartments FB groups and post in there.

Some specifics would be: not being properly capitalized, no or inadequate insurance, owner signing name to documents without specifying that they are signing as an officer of the company, not having a separate bank account, not having proper books, not having a separate address or phone number.
